Business Class, Fast, Reliable Broadband Connections
ADSL, ADSL2+ & Fibre provided in partnership with CityFibre
Unique amongst many UK web hosting providers and website designers through our partnership with one of the UK’s premium wholesale ISP’s – CityFibre, we are able to offer super fast, reliable broadband connectivity to businesses and consumers. Through this partnership we are also able to offer businesses VPN telephone solutions and leased line connections if that is suitable for your business, truly delivering on our tag line of Making the Internet Accessible.
All of our Broadband services are for Fibre to the Cabinet (FTTC) this is the least intrusive to you as it uses the existing telephone cabling from the street cabinet into your property. The Fibre part is from the street cabinet through to the local exchange and out into the Internet backbone. This is the same as the standard Fibre products offered by the likes of BT, Sky etc.
Standard speeds with this are up to 2Mbps upload speeds and up to 40Mbps download speeds. These speeds are normally adequate for the average user but if you feel you need more upload and download speeds these can be increased to up to 20Mbps upload and 80Mbps download for just £5.00+VAT per month.
NOTE: The Business Unlimited package is only available on exchanges that BT has enable for Wholesale Broadband Connect (WBC). You’ll only be able to have this package if you are connected to one of these exchanges. Don’t worry we will check this for you if you select this package
Business Unlimited
Business 90
Business 45
Business 15
The monthly bandwidth allowance for business packages is consumed between 08:00hrs and 20:00hrs Monday to Friday only. Bandwidth usage outside these times is unlimited. We also offer Top Up bandwidth allowances at £10+VAT for 10GB of bandwidth which only expires when its all used. e.g. If you purchase the 15GB package but you think that a few times in the year you may go over the 15GB allowance in a month, you could purchase a 10GB Top Up, then on the months that you exceed your allowance you can dip into the Top Up allowance without any interruptions to your service. This would be cheaper for you than buying a 45GB monthly plan. As part of our service we review bandwidth usage and will let you know if your Top Up is running low or whether it may be better for you to switch to a different plan.
